Stay In Shape This Winter

When it’s cold and miserable outside, it’s hard to stay motivated and stick to your workout routine. So we asked James Duigan, personal trainer to Elle Macpherson and author of Clean and Lean Flat Tummy Fast, for tips on how to stay in shape this winter. Come spring, you’ll thank us (and him).

Think Yourself Healthy

13600-healthshape-5790.jpgA healthy body is a lean body, says Duigan. "If you remember that, you'll make better choices during winter." So think yourself healthy – it's as simple as that. Because then, instead of snacking on Smarties while you catch up on your favourite series, you're more likely to go for trail mix instead. And before curling up on the couch after your Sunday comfort lunch, you'll be more likely to take your dog for a walk first. See – you're looking leaner already!
