DIY Hair Conditioner
Great hair in a flash
Zero budget for an in-salon treatment? Try this homemade recipe...
Is your hairdresser always telling you that boosting your hair's vitamin intake is vital for shine? Grab a small jar of mayo (now isn't the time to think skinny, so go full fat) and half a ripe avo, which is packed with vitamins E and B6.
Blitz in a food processor or mash until the mixture is smooth and minty green in colour. Apply from root to tip (if you have long hair and just need to condition the ends, apply from mid-length to tip), then wrap cling film around your head so your hair is completely covered. Leave for 20 minutes, rinse hair, then wash and condition as usual.
Tip: For extra-deep conditioning, wrap a hot, damp towel around your cling-filmed head and leave for 20 minutes.

Good morning,
I have been in the Planet Fitness to do the two weeks K Dance and I loved it. I really appreciated the opportunity. I am a health fanatic. I started training at a very young age. My first love was tennis which I did very well until someone broke in the house and stole everything that we had. At school I played soft ball and I have Tranvaal Colours.Second time it was body building. At some stage I was miss Sharper Image. Now I am running meaning marathons. So as you can see I am a fanatic. I have collected your workout dvd’s and I am doing exceptionally well.
Is there a way for you guys to advice me on how to open my own work out gym for women? I stay in Alexandra and we do not have the facilities for that. This is the love of my life. Only to help women feel good about themselves.
Please advices.
Again thank you for the K Dance.
