Reddish-orange foods like tomato and watermelon, which are rich in beta-carotene and lycopene, increase your protection against harmful UV rays from the inside out. Both vitamins settle into your skin's outer layer, where their antioxidant action helps repair cells damaged by sunlight. In one French study, the dueling duo helped improve markers of skin defense against UV rays by as much as 20 percent.
Please help - I am really trying to eat healthy but everyone says I need to buy organic. As much as I try to; this is not always possible. What is the best product to use to wash your non-organic veggies with to remove any chemicals and 'wax' substances such as those found on non-organic cucumbers... Much appreciated.

And most of us in good old S.A. were always under the impression that other countries had it all. Just goes to show.

replace the flaxseeds with flax oil for a super boost of omega 3. Blending helps emulsify the oil so you don't notice it at all when you drink it.
