How to Get Your Skin Looking Good After a Big Night Out
Hangover Cure for Your Skin
Night out and your skin doesn’t look so great today? Here's how to look lovely again...
When your skin’s hungover, the lack of sleep and abundance of dehydrating cocktails cause swelling and inflammation.
Drink coffee, says dermatologist Francesca Fusco. The caffeine will help flush the fluid that’s causing your blowfish impersonation. (But you’ll need water later to rehydrate).
Next, soak a facecloth in a bowl filled with ice water and whole milk (the fat and cold calm irritation); hold it to your face.
Then erase under-eye bags with an eye gel, not cream (the astringent effect of gel tightens skin as it dries), containing cucumber or vitamin K.

Another good tip is to a dd a bag or two of Rooibos tea to your basin with cold water. Sponge down your face gently. It's full of anti-oxidants and refreshes your skin cells.
