Are you wearing the right bra for you? Watch this video to find out...

When British fashion gurus Trinny and Susannah recently visited Cape Town they said that one of the biggest problems women around the world share is wearing the wrong bra. Zoopy went to Storm in A-G Cup to find out what it means to wear the right bra from the owner, Isla Lowell.

After my initial shock of finding out that I am obese 43% of my weight is fat, i decided to do something about it. I joined the gym, cahnged my eating habits and 2mths later I lost about 5kg and a few cm. I have been looking for a sportsbra everywhere. I am a 40E and from looking everywhere I was told the biggest sizes they have are DD. That is not fair, I walk on the treadmill daily and have started jogging once a week as well but because I am not wearing proper support I end up with very painful breasts.
Can somebody please tell me what are the big girls supposed to do? I know a few big girls who don't want to go to the gym because they cannot find the right support. Can anyone please help urgently.

I feel your pain. You would think that the babes with the bigger cup sizes need the support but clearly companies like triumph etc think that women with bigger busts are not supose to excercise. Do you not think that they are promoting women to wear the wrong bras?
Happy days, there is light at the end of the tunnel........go check out www.treasurechest.org.za
