Now, there’s a recently-discovered video shared on Reddit that’s captivating the world. And, while it’s definitely gross, it’s also bizarrely fascinating. The video features an up-close and personal look at pore strips at work.

The clip from user KeanaTankentai is almost five minutes long, and you can actually see big, nasty blackheads—which look like worms in this über close-up—being slooowly yanked out of someone’s pores. The strip is used repeatedly until the person is left with unclogged pores.
But this also gets seriously cinematic: The video shows the process from different angles so you can see everything. Seriously, everything. More than 1.8 million people have watched it so far, so you know it’s good.
