One of the biggest challenges women face is losing weight. It's one thing to look good but to feel good and be healthy is another. Ailments like type 2 diabetes, heart disease, infertility and high blood pressure are all likely if one is overweight. There are no quick fixes that will cure someone quite like the combination of healthy eating and regular exercise.

Belinda Weston, Tanya Ellis and Lauren Scholtz are three ladies who know how difficult it is to lead a healthy lifestyle, raise children, hold down a 9-5 job and still find time for themselves. For the past two months they have been exercising for an hour a day, five days a week, come rain or shine, under the guidance of a personal trainer at an Adventure Boot Camp located in their suburb. They were selected to take part in the Nutren Activ Adventure Boot Camp Challenge to get fit, lose weight, restore balance and help find their way back to loving themselves.

The Challenge comprises of three, four week camps, and with two camps down, there is just one to go before the winner is announced at the Nutren Activ Adventure Boot Camp Wellness Seminar on the 10th of September 2011.

The public are encouraged to show their support for the ladies www.Facebook.com/Challenge201 and http://twitter.com/ABCbootcamper or by following their blogs online at www.Adventurebootcamp.co.za/challenge.

The Nutren Activ ABC Challenge aims to change the finalists' lives by instilling a long-term plan to maintain their health and wellness through a holistic approach with the help of exercise, a life coach, a dietician as well as numerous other sponsors.
