Q: What is Aroma-Phyto Beauty?
A: This is a combination of aromatherapy (essential oils) and phytotherapy (plants) to create a treatment for both skin and body.
For optimal application, essential oils can be mixed with plant oils or creams and many skincare houses – like Clarins – use hazelnut oil as their base oil as it is a natural antioxidants; is rich in unsaponifiables (components of an oil, fat or wax) is rich in vitamins and is perfect for combination, oily and dry skin types.
To guarantee quality of the oils, they should always be stored in glass bottles.

In the bath and during a massage by burning an essential oil candle or via inhalation.
Oil Types and Their Uses:
These are just a few examples of the diversity of essential oils: Eucalyptus is an essential oil found in various remedies for coughs and colds. Lavender essential oil is known for its calming properties. Mint essential oil can also be used to stimulate the digestive system. Camomile essential oil is known for its calming properties as well as being antiseptic. You can use basil essential oil to treat muscular pain. Citronella, rosemary, basil and geranium are also used as insect repellents.
