Make-Up the Right Way
How to go through your make-up routine the right way? The general rule is that light products go under heavy ones. Think about it: If you try to put a thin serum over a thick cream, there's no way it will penetrate.
Step one: after you cleanse in the morning, apply anti-ageing serums with peptides, and eye products that depuff and wrinkle-plump which work best when applied directly onto clean, dry skin.
Next, you apply moisturiser but be sure to they contain an SPF of at least 15. If you moisturiser doesn’t contain SPF then first let it settle into your skin and then apply a separate sunscreen product.
When all that is absorbed, then you can think about foundation primers, illuminators or any type of eye brightener.
A great tip from our resident dermatologist: because night time is recovery time for the skin, be sure to do your exfoliation then. It makes any type of treatment product applied at night even more effective as it absorbs more efficiently.
Tip: Try not to irritate the skin by using too much of the same ingredient (ie glycolic acid peel followed by a glycolic based anti-wrinkle cream).

this sounds expensive, im a student and all i use is a toner, exfoliator, and dove for my face. i like l'oreal products but i can only do so much.
