A: Unless he lied about saving himself for someone special, you must have known this wasn't his first rodeo, so why hold it against him that he had a life before you? It’s as if you’re holding him responsible for cheating on you before you were even together and that… is crazy. There’s no way he can erase his past and I can’t imagine why he’d want to. Come to an agreement that you won’t discuss the number, or even better, spin it around in your head and focus on the fact that A) he must have learnt something from those women and B) he chose, after sampling tons of women, to be with you. As long as he’s not bringing a rash or anything more sinister to the relationship, that’s a good thing.
