A: Well, the fact is that no foods can actually burn fat. By eating, it increases our metabolism, and that is what helps our bodies’ burn energy and fat. Some foods that contain caffeine may speed up your metabolism for up to 30 minutes, but they don’t cause the weight loss itself. So personally, I would not suggest one follow these soup diets, rather cut back on the portion sizes of the meals you have, and be more physically active.
