Keep A Journal
I have said it before, keep a record of what you eat. This method makes you more aware of what you eat and how much you eat. This will help you to consciously avoid overeating
Have An Effective Exercise Plan
Try to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise per day. Even if it means walking your dogs. If you don't have time for a full 30 minutes, then break up your exercise routine into increments of 10 minutes. You can use a skipping rope and skip for 10 minutes, three times a day.
Control Portion Sizes
Controlling your portion sizes is fundamental to losing weight, and it is simple. Eat on a smaller plate, measure your food, using simple household measures.
Eat Breakfast
Have a good breakfast which consists of fibre and protein. This will keep you full and prevent you from overeating during the day.
Keep Chewing gum In Your Handbag
Besides the gum keeping your mouth healthy it can help to reduce the urge to eat and satisfies a craving.
Treat Yourself Occasionally
It does not mean that if you are on a diet you must avoid all sweet pleasures. Choose healthier options for a sweet pleasure such a dark chocolate and a Solero. But remember then cut out the fruit or a snack for that day just to balance the kilojoule count.










help i have just been told that i have a high colestero of 7.9mm/l please give me tips on how to lower it.
I have too much appetite, I can,t stop eating and it affects my health as most of the time I eat unhealthy foods. i will try and follow this advices and see if they can help.
A doctor advised me to have a glass of red wine every night to lower my cholesterol. Also cut out all creams, fats and butter from your diet.
I love fruits and vegtables but don't stop at one or two so...how do I control it?
