Try this tasty crunchy mix with nutrient-rich fruit, nuts, seeds and whole grain (popcorn)...

What You Need
Makes 1 portion
2 cups air-popped unsalted popcorn (air-pop raw popcorn kernels in a pot or microwave, using no or very little oil)
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon almonds, sliced
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons raisins or other dried fruit such as chopped cranberries, apricots or dates
½ teaspoon icing sugar

Combine all the ingredients well in a medium bowl and enjoy.
