Q: Sparkling Water Versus Still?
Q: I'm not a huge fan of still water and I struggle to drink my two litres a day, but I can easily do it if I'm drinking sparkling – is it bad to drink sparkling?
A: Sparkling water is plain water into which carbon dioxide gas has been dissolved. Sparkling water is water. Whatever form of water you drink, it is still healthy. The only water you need to avoid is the flavoured water with added sugars, they contribute to increased calories in your diet. You can safely drink two litres of sparkling water per day.

What about vitamin water?
I've noticed it has sucrose but not glucose in it, is it tstill as healthy as water?
Yes, what about the VitaWater? I really do enjoy it and often opt to drink that instead unflavoured still water.
Some people say that sparkling water is healthier than normal water? it help to get rid of weight, is it true? Can you drink to much water?
