If you have colour-treated hair, be sure to use a weekly mask and be wary of clarifying shampoo as they deprive hair of much-needed moisture and can also strip the hair of colour. Panthenol (provitamin B5) is a great shine enhancer so use a glossing cream or shine serum with this ingredient in it.

After towel-drying, massage a quarter-size dollop of the product evenly through your hair and dry the right way: Place a round, natural-bristle brush under a three-inch section of hair. Start at the roots, and hold the dryer so the nozzle aims downward –never up against the shaft. Slide the brush down without twisting it, to seal the cuticle. To ensure you don’t get too much product near the roots, when the hair is still warm from the dryer, flip it upside down and mist the ends with a shine spray.

If you need a touch-up during the day, spritz product on your hands first and then run them lightly through your hair so as not to over do it.
