What snack bars you should look for
Beware Of Snack Bars
These convenient bars are everywhere and most often they look really healthy with eye-catching labels proclaiming "all-natural” and enticing pictures of fruits and nuts on the packaging. But not all snack bars are equal and if you feel the urge to have a snack bar, make a smart choice by checking the ingredient list and nutrition information on the packaging.
Choose a bar that contains less than 800 kilojoules per bar and has more than 3 grams of fibre. Also don't choose bars that have sugar as one of the first three ingredients listed.
Remember, snack bars are not health foods, so don't let them replace other nutritious snacks like fresh fruits and vegetables in your daily diet.

Oops and I though they were healthy :-/
What do think about whey powder. I would like to tone up, but do not want to be bigger. I am skinny but very untoned. Would protein bars containing whey powder help? What about CLA?Would it help. What is the side effects.
My friend is really thin and very tall. I would like to know what natural things he could use to gain weight and gym
