Three Pilates exercises that’ll work your core from all angles…


The Double-Leg Stretch

11117-double-leg-stretch--4885.jpgLie on your back with knees and hips bent 90 degrees, shoulders off the floor, hands on shins (A). Pull your abs in, extend legs and arms to 45 degrees and circle your arms (B). Repeat 10 times.
