Q: The Best Way To Cram For A 5K Next Month?
How to make a quick start
A: If you’re not following any training plan now, it’s best to start with a simple walk/run programme, ensuring that you alter your pace, include some hills and have rest days in-between. When you start, use time as your guide. Don’t worry about distance and, just before your race, ensure that you’re able to spend at least 45 minutes on your feet. Also make sure you include a good stretching routine in your programme – and, most importantly, listen to your body!
