OMG.. i hate treadmills.,kinda weird
These benefits don't only apply to treadmills though, but cardio exercise in general. I firmly believe treadmills are bad for your knees and would pick almost any other cardio exercise for the same benefit without the risk of injuring my knees again.
Can you please do plates dvd next time
