great website, with great and usefull information, im looking into loosing body fat and shed some kilos, i believe i will get all my help here on how to achieve this
Running has certainly had a tremendously amazing effect on my body. I'm lean, toned and super energised. It's the quickest way of staying in shape.
I've started running a month ago, and I'm feeling GREAT! Thanx WM!!!!
That's great news Lizzy!
Great programme I really want to try this, my only concern is my knee. I injured it before and worry if running will be bad for my knee?
Will I get the same results if I run on the threadmill?
Can I combine this workout together with my gym sesions? I gym four times a week with two classes of spinning/week.
I would like to run in the mornings but still do aerobics in the afternoons, will I be pushing my body too hard
I am unable to run, I have what is known as Anterior Compartment Syndrome which is similar to shin splints just double the pain. The only way to cure it is surgery leaving me with scars down my legs....
Besides for running, what is the next best cardio I do ? As much as I have tried to run and as much as I would love to, there is no way I can.....
The meal plan with this programme is the best 'diet' that I have ever tried (and I've tried many). It is so easy to use and I am back on track with portion control, balanced diet etc. I have lost 6kg already and feel absolutely great! Thanks so much.
With regards to an earlier comment asking whether you can do this training program on the treadmill:
I find training on a treadmill easier, mainly for the fact that it is easy to track the time and distance, though, after training for some weeks on a treadmill earlier, I found I'm not as strong on the road as in the gim, so I now set the treadmill on a 1.5% incline (which i barely notice) and the difference between road and treadmill is not that big anymore.
Happy running!
I could never put one foot in front of the other- it was a family joke & a tad embarassing with 3 sporty brothers. Yet this year I started running & my bf bought me my first pair of proper running shoes & I am loving it! I didn't have weigt to lose but golly I now understand the concept of losing centimetres & it makes me feel energised & fresh!
runnin is good its keep me fit,but don't loss weghit i will rather gain pliz help me.
