Stability Ball Crunches

Sit on a stability ball with legs in front, feet flat on the floor. Slowly lean back and roll yourself down the ball until just your head, shoulders, and back touch it. Place your hands behind your ears. As you exhale, slowly curl your head and torso toward your knees until your shoulder blades are off the ball. Do 3 sets of 10 to 12 reps.
