You should also checkout our workout downloads: workout videos that you can download directly to your ipod or cell-phone.
The exercises look challenging and refrehingly new to me, especially the lower body ones.

just a question: can you add more than 6 per workout? For example, could I add 8 core exercises, or is 6 the max for that?
I get so excited seeing the workouts come by email but the last few have had glitches that infuriate me so much i end closing explorer all together. Last weeks one kept taking me in circles when i wanted to print and not with this one I tried to choose different exercises from core and lower and it doesn't save them on the same sheet - so i had to start again. are you meant to print out a core workout then a upper workout and then a lower workout? I thought it would be one workout you could incorporate all of the above. I am now frustrated and going to close explorer.

What excersises can be done to work on the flabby bit on legs. Im not overweight but struggle with celllulite. I gym 3 times a week, but what is best for cellulite (I know you can not spot train them, but what will help) Powerplates, pilates... what type of moves, etc...

I had a knee replacement in May with lots of set backs. My knee only reached 90° a week ago (this was supposed to happen in hospital). Any suggestions for exercises?

it would be awesome if there was advice on what exercises to combine together, like pick two from this category, two from this category... that type of thing. could be colour coded. so you can create a really good workout that is well balance, or that works one part of your body well... i'm not sure, i just know that there is a science behind which exercises to do together.

I would like to say thanks as well. I like everything. And I would also like to share one more this with you. I knows that everybody is fond of iPhones and Ipads now and they try to install all kinds of app there. So I use the app which can be be nice for those who do sport and keep fit - All in Fitness for iPhone application created by Viaden Mobile. I bought on their site and I use it to arrange my sports day.
@ Engela. Pilates helps alot with toning and people have said reducing the appearance of cellulite. Also, with this a total body workout (weights) and aerobics helps alot with the fat reduction as well.
