Having a body that's primed for amazing sex has little to do with how great you look naked (though body confidence does boost the bedroom bliss). It's the smaller muscles you can't see or feel that make the difference.

The key is strengthening the stabilising muscles in your lower body, pelvis, and core so you can handle any position you get twisted into...and enjoy a more intense finale.

I love reading out being healthy and keeping up to date with the latest on what to eat and what not to eat coz Im a health freak...and I also want some info on that Urbanathlon...id reali love to join a team or even go solo...please send me info about that. My girlfriend is tryin to loose weight on her belly and this months isseu came at the right time...thanks MH a million!

Loving these tips - i see htat some of these moves are included in the first dvd's workout. The Jack kinife is challenging though!
