- Do some quick-move exercise (tennis, dancing, juggling).
- Eat antioxidant-rich fruits, beans and whole grains, cold water fish and other omega-3-rich foods.
- Up the vitamin D.
- Avoid food additives.
- Limit caffeine and alcohol.
- Avoid fumes.
- Don't smoke.
- Process e-mails and text messages several times a day and stay off the systems otherwise.
- Protect your head (think safety to avoid falls and wear helmets when appropriate).
- Manage stress.
