The Expo is all about health and wellness, offering activities such as Yoga, dancing and Transcendental meditation. The expo encourages a holistic approach to health. Dr Eve was also at the expo to talk about women's sexual health. Event director, Heidi Warricker tells us more about the expo, and organiser of the Mr and Miss Fitness SA pageant, Bernadette Beyer, talks about the importance of fitness.

This was absolutely awesome! I attended the one in JHB. I planned to stay there for just the morning- I left at 4:30!!

Really great stuff happening at this expo. If you get a chance to go next year- GO!
