I run to the gym in the morning as part of my workout instead of driving there. I save 10 minutes driving there and add 20 minutes to my workout instead. Plus it saves trying to find parking...
I make sure I pack my gym bag the night before and if I'm not going to gym in the morning I wash my hair the night before so I don't have to do it before work.
I prepare my gym back the night before, make sure all the breakfast goodies are on the table to go and lunch is a matter of putting together a quick sandwich or salad!
I save allot of time by simply organizing everything the night before. I take out my gym cloths, work clothes, prepare the coffee machine and cups so all i have to do is push a button and stir. I make lunch, pack it and make sure my husbands cloths are ready to. I find that doing most of the morning things in the evening really helps and I find i am not as stressed.
Hi, I get up shower wash my hair then l get dressed for gym so there is no need to pack a bag, so it is quick for me no wasting time
I also prepare everything the night before so it's just a case of packing the lunch boxes and switching the kettle on... as I go to work very early I pack breakfast as well so i can eat when I get to work...
