Who Are His Other Women?
The other women in his life are your allies. Here's why you should encourage them to reap the rewards.
Each day you will spend, on average, eight hours sleeping and eight hours at work, which leaves you with another eight hours to divide between commuting, eating, chilling and playing with your My Little Pony/sport/applying make-up. Somewhere in between you see your guy. He spends most of the eight daylight working hours with her, working on problems, solving them, becoming stronger, together, forever.
Actually, that's all in your head. Sure he may have an "office wife", a silly term for a woman he gets on with at work, but the truth is, even if she's moderately attractive, they both know that (A) cheating is not a good idea and (B) it's often career suicide. Moreover, she's the "dummy you" for that facet of his life. She's the one who has to do the monotonous schmoozing with investors three times a week and listen to his banal sales pitch and cheesy flirting. Inside she's yawning too.
Why you shouldn't feel threatened: Not spending every waking moment with you is a good thing. In fact, if you didn't have time apart you'd probably rip each other's throats out. If she's single and you feel you must keep tabs, have her over, make a friend of her and set her up with someone you know.
