Who doesn't love frosted food? But you need 25g of tummy-slimming fibre daily, and three-quarters of a cup of the kiddie cereal provides only one gram. Mix half a cup of Frosties with half a cup of All-Bran, and poof! You get about eight to 10g of fibre without losing that frosted sweetness.
Instead of using four spoons of hot chocolate powder as indicated on the tin to make a cup, I use two spoons of hot chocolate and one spoon of coffee. Voila! A delicious choccoccino!
