Don't Eat: Spiced nuts
This salty snack is way better on your waistline than nuts.
What You Need
Makes 30
1/2 cup popcorn kernels
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Nomu African hot spice blend
1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
Method
Pop the kernels in an air popper in the microwave. In a mortar, grind together the salt, spice and chopped thyme with a pestle. Sprinkle the popcorn with the chilli-salt seasoning and serve.
