an easy detox diet that is good for you

The Plan
Day 1
Breakfast
1 glass water
1 cup All-Bran Flakes
250ml fat-free yoghurt
Mid-morning snack
1 glass water
1 small apple
125ml yoghurt
Lunch
1 glass water
3 Pro-Vitas
½ cup canned chickpeas or butter beans
1 cup red pepper, celery and cucumber, chopped and added to beans
1 tsp canola oil, added to bean salad
Mid-afternoon snack
1 glass water
1 small banana
10g nuts
Supper
1 glass water
½ cup brown rice
1 cup lettuce and carrots, grated
1 tbsp sunflower seeds, added to salad
90g grilled fish (make sure it's SASSI-approved – see the list here! )
1 tsp canola oil, for salad and cooking
