It is easy to forget that we are the main culprit, whether we feel young, old and full of life... Our life is in our own hands. No-one can make us eat the right foods or do the right amount of exercise... It's all down to us...
On bad days, this is what I tell myself. No one ever force me to eat junk food or drink fizzy drinks etc. So if I don't like the way it effects me, I simply must change my diet. Like everone else I know it's not technically always that easy. But if we get ourselves into the right frame of mind, it's a walk in the park.

I find when I stick to eating healthily and I Have energy and my
mood improves considerably when I eat unhealthily my mood changes andand I feel sluggish and generally out-of sorts1
