Ingredients
1 can pink salmon, drained, skin removed
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 large egg, beaten
1/3 cup dried wholewheat bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Lemon wedges, coarse mustard, or prepared horseradish, for serving
Method
In a mixing bowl, combine the salmon, onion, egg, bread crumbs, and pepper. With clean hands or 2 forks, mix until blended. Shape into 4 patties.
Coat a large non-stick skillet lightly with cooking spray and warm over medium heat. Place the patties in the pan and cook for about 3 minutes, or until golden on the bottom. Flip and cook for about 3 minutes longer, or until heated through.
Serve with lemon wedges, mustard, or horseradish.

Agreed! These recipes look absolutely delicious but without the nutrition I can't see if they fit into my kilojoule count for the day or not;( Please please please include the nutritional info
