1 handful blackberries, gooseberries and raspberries
2 cups chopped watermelon
1 handful fresh mint
Blitz in a blender and serve. Note: you can up this smoothie’s antioxidant properties by using rooibos tea to thin it down.

The Energy of 4991.8kJ is not correct... It's substantially lower than that.

Botox diet is a challenge for me!
Your Botox diet seem to have a lot of starch eg. corn, bean etc., The botox I know that helps me...yes u got the berries,.but they not seasonal year in & out?. Salmon, dark green veggies, the berries, lemon with warm water (1st in the morning), green tea. But! the 2 best of all..if you can't afford salmon. next best thing is pilchards, any fish that has Omega 3 & 6, also add primerose, and a lot of 'sun screen' when your out on the beach. Your Botox is very complicated, make it simple...
