These refreshing summer cocktails clock in at 800kJ or less – and have surprising health benefits to boot. Cheers to that!

  2. Pomegranate Margarita
  3. Nectarine-basil Vodka Collins

Kiwi Daiquiri

Underneath that fuzzy exterior, kiwi packs a dose of fibre, which helps you stay fuller for longer.

What You Need

50ml white rum + 1 kiwi, peeled and quartered + 1 tbsp fresh lime juice + ¼ tsp lime zest + 2½ tsp agave syrup + 1 cup crushed ice

Method

Purée all ingredients in a blender. Serve in a chilled lowball glass and garnish with a kiwi slice. Can’t find ripe kiwifruit? Switch your flavour: half a cup of mixed berries packs a burst of antioxidants.
