These are lower in fat and kilojoules than conventional crackers. Have them with healthy dips like flavoured fat-free cottage cheese and fresh tomato and basil salsa.

Guys - thi is the MOST delicious thing you ever did to your beakfast muesli, and its full of MUSAs to deal with your belly fat - whoopee for Woolllies
Wow these things look delicious, but do you notice the amount of carbs in each one of these......carbs are the main reason for gaining weight
Don't be silly, carbs make you gain weight in the same way that protein and fat do. Number one point, if you eat too much and don't exercise enough you get fat....you should see the diet that army guys get and none of them are fat
Love the Solero Lollies - a cheat without the guilt
This is really good yoghurt...and not even more expensive than the regular brands!
Nuts are great for snacking but I guess too much of anything isnt good for you.
The sodium content in yogurt seems high, is it okay? I noticed it awile back and now find myself putting the yogurt back in the fridge...
Young, musclebound males who are in the army and exercising a lot are not exactly a suitable comparison to your average woman. Those men have so much muscle and do so much exercise that you could feed them a bag of sugar and a pot of lard every day and they would burn it off.
For the rest of us: Carbs DO make you gain weight more than protein does. Protein stimulates hormones that make you lose weight. Carbs stimulate hormones that promote fat storage.
Plus the amount of energy that your body uses to digest a kilojoule of carbohydrates is less than the energy that your body uses to digest a kilojoule of carbs.
Clearly eating too much of anything will make you fat. Clearly exercise will help you lose weight. But eating a lot of carbs will definitely cause you to pick up more weight than eating a lot of protein does. That's not to say you should only eat protein - there are medical risks associated with that.
