Super-Quick Quiche Recipe

This quiche recipe is a bit of a cheat, but it’s really easy to make and takes about 10 minutes to put together. Pop it in the oven and you’ll have made an entire dish in less than an hour!

What You Need
250g bacon, chopped (you can easily switch this to a tin of tuna)
1 onion, chopped
1 cup milk
1 cup cheese, grated (I used Cheddar, but you can use mozzarella too)
1 tsp mustard powder
1 heaped tbsp flour
2 eggs

Method
Mix all the ingredients and pour into an oven-proof dish (square, round, it doesn’t matter). Place in a preheated oven at 180*C for 45 minutes. Serve with a green salad.

So when I do venture into savoury territory, I want something quick, easy and delicious… that won’t leave too many dishes.
