I have paid for subsciption to the Women's Health Mag through Vitality and I was promise the delivery on the second week of November but I have not yet received my first issue. As far as I know a subsription is normally delivered two weeks before you see the magazine in stores.
Can you please assist

Hi. I paid for a subscripton but I always seem to get my magazines late - I already see the next issue in shops before I receive mine. What's going on - this makes me sad :(

Good day......I am a regular buyer of your magazine and was very excited to have to have this months issue which had the workout dvd in it. I tried to play the disc on my pc at work but it would not play, then I tried on my laptop which uses the Vista programme and still the disc wouldn't play. I get home to play it on my DVD player and it read it as a bad disc. I was so disappointed cause I was looking forward to getting into shape these holidays. Do I send the disc back to you guys, do I get a refund????????

Im really glad we ladies were given a chance to subscribe to a brilliant Healthy magazine. I use to read my hubbies mag all the time, but when he came home one day after golf with the sample in his hand I was sooo happy! Your site is also very insightfull.
