Don't worry we as woman do not build muscle like the men do.
I use my whey protein in smoothies you can add like a 2 teaspoons to it or i add some to my oats to give it some flavour. ive read that you can even mix it with some water and drink it before or after a workout.

I'd love to see more gym before and after foods so we know what to feed our bodies for best results. Thanks for the update. Pity that some of the good foods are so high in KJ's. really good advise here. I love peanut butter and chilli sauce on grilled chicken breasts with a lentil, beetroot ,baby spinach and low fat plain joghurt salad :) and as a treat, flamed pineapple and crushed almonds (mouth watering i tell you girls ,dont really know how healthy it is but i dont add any sugar) u cud add a little lite orley whip cream.

So this means I am on the right track.......Peanut butter, oats, lowfat youghurt, seedbread and berries.......Just need to keep it up..
