Researchers found a direct link between specific foods and beverages and weight gain or loss. One possible explanation: “Different foods and beverages affect hunger and fullness differently, and how hungry or full you feel can impact how much you eat,” says study author Dr Dariush Mozaffarian. "Trying to eat everything in moderation won’t be as effective as focusing on consuming a more healthy diet in general." Here are the top foods that affected the scale (in both direction):

I've been really struggling to lose weight from my back. PLEASE PLEASE can you send me exercises i can do (with either 1kg weights, just using body or using an exercise ball---i don't have other equipment or a pool). I can't wear tight/tight-ish tops because of it.

I need to loose 30kg and also completey have a lifestyle change. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and need a diet which does not include caffeine, peppers, potatoes, gluten/whaet, pasta, tomatoes or any other acid foods, shellfish, sugar or alcahol. These are my main triggers for pain and muscle spasms.
I love raw veggies and fruit, steak, ostrich steak, chicken, basmati rice, Risotto.
Please advise whether there is someone who can assist me with an appropriate diet to loose 30kg by November 2012 and assist me with my fibro.
