Everything she said is true. I lost 10kg so far by cutting out those food. Try to eat something that does not contain more than 5g carbs per serving at a mealtime. Instead of bread, I eat Ryvita wholegrain crackers or light crisp toast from Woolies. Woolies brie cheese,omelet, low cal jelly, low carb hot chocolate, Shiritaki 0 carb noodles. I also replace one meal with GI-Lean shake that has low carbs. You can read the book-The Metabolism Miracle by Diane Kress.Excellent!
