Eat To Lose Weight
Eat more, weigh less. We're not kidding. Here's an eating plan that will help you lose half a kilogram in a week, no matter what you weigh now.
Breakfast
1 slice vegetable (courgette, pepper, asparagus, mushroom) frittata
(125 to 150g)
1 slice wholegrain toast with
1 tsp butter or 2 tsp canola spread
Lunch
1 x 150g chicken breast, on the bone
¾ cup cabbage-and-carrot coleslaw
1 small slice rye bread
Afternoon snack
⅓ spanspek
Dinner
1 serving Fusilli with Mushrooms and Swiss Chard (click here for recipe).
Baby greens tossed with 2 tbsp olive oil vinaigrette or low-fat salad dressing
Dessert or evening snack
1 small serving homemade apple crumble topped with ½ cup low-fat vanilla frozen yoghurt and 1 tbsp toasted walnuts
Daily totals: 7450kJ, 71g protein, 217g carbohydrates, 75g fat (13g sat), 27g fibre, 1 209mg sodium

nice menu plan. i'm a vegetarian (I do eat some fish) so I would love to see more veggie & fish meals. but i see you have included quite a few which is fantastic.

What can you do if you dont eat egg ??? Fritata Day 1 and 2 poached eggs on Day 6 ???
What do you suggest for grain-free - multi-intolerances, not only gluten :(
What do you suggest as a vegetable option for your meats (protein) in this meal plan. I am 100% vegetarian, no egg, meat, poultry, seafood!
The diet looks great but it does no0t say anything about water and tea and coffee. is there any specifics around these??

Hi, I am on a diet/lifestyle change.This Eating Plan looks very nice and ballanced to me.
Where can I get recipes that are simple to make and cheap in order to loose weight. I'm a student and interning and can't afford some of the items on some of the weight loss recipes that are about now days, they all seem great but I can't afford some of the expensive ingredients....simple weight loss plan? Simple foods?
And something that works with and helps reduce IBS symtoms?
