I am seriously stressed by my weight. I want to lose weight but I just cant. Why?
* I am eating healthy meals (3 meals a day and I snack in between).
* I go to the gym 8 times a week (5 times in the morning, per week and three time in the afternoon, per week)
* I walk and run for 20 minutes
* I cycle for 10 minutes
* I step for 5 minutes
* I work out my lower body twice a week and my upper body 3 times a week).
What could I be doing wrong? I work so hard at the gym. Please help, I am so desperate to lose weight.

Please help me loose 2.5 kg's. I exercise 4 x per week, spinning class x 1, 40 minutes cardio x 1, 1.5 hour walk x 1 and arms and legs workout - weights etc x 1. I eat healthily but that last 2.5 kg's wont budge !!!

I have been training since i can remember im turning 20 and i still have that babyfat around my tummy...i weigh 62.5 currently and my weight was 58 and i struggle...I train 5 times per week and i eat healthy during the week but saturdays i dont....Is That a problem? i am 1.60 and weight 67kg basically almost 70kg after eating, my normally weiht was 55 which i was happy with but ever since i stopped breast feeding the killo s have been going up like crazy and my tunmmy is fat fatty. please help on on how to lose the extra kilos, keep them off and get ride of my fat tummy. i do 300 skips per day which some times put my tummy at bay but the moment i stop even for a week my tummy bloats up again and larger then before, my cuzn says this is because i dnt breath right when i work out could this be the cause?
