Stress is a huge problem. Before having kids, i rarely got stressed. Since having a family, i feel stressed too often, maybe it is because you are trying to be perfect, trying to be there for everyone at all time AND at the same time scratching to find some space for yourself.
It is not easy, but no-one actually said it was easy. I think we would all be a lot healthier if we were not so stressed.
