Stock Up On…
Go shopping for office snacks monthly: lean biltong, dried fruit, peanut butter, high-fibre crackers for example.
Set an alarm to remind you to take a break! Keep non-perishable healthy snacks at your desk, like apples and dried fruit.
Drink, Drink, Drink
Don’t forget the water – keep a water bottle on your desk to remind you to drink.
