We have recently moved to plett and live within walking distance to the beach. Consequently my kids and I are on the beach every weekend, and now that I know how many kilojoules I can loose simply building a sandcastle - I am definitely going to start taking the bat and ball and frisbee with us. Thanks for this great tip.
When you go to beach is always fun but you have to protect your skin to from UV.I use Bulk Sunscreen lotion and I never had problem.
