Hi Just wanted some advice. the vibro - shaper machines like the crazy fit & verimark's maxxus etc. does it really work? should i rather get an exercise bike? I am at my wits end.
These machines claim to "shake" off fat and to help with blood circulation. Before I buy one, could you please help me in making a decision.
I am a sucker for all the gadgets on TV, and presently have an Orbitrek and a power-plate (not the Verimark one, though). Although the Orbitrek is a good workout - when I can motivate myself - and the power-plate is great to just sit on after a workout and feel the circulation get going, I miss my old treadmill.
A good quality treadmill is, in my view, the way to go for a long-term routine and building fitness. If you enjoy walking and have the space I recommend it.
