Ricotta with
fruit and nuts
½ cup low-fat
ricotta cheese
3 figs, sliced
3 strawberries, sliced
2 tbsp pistachios*
1 tsp honey
Top ricotta with fruit and
nuts and drizzle with honey.
*In a study, dieters
who ate a daily handful
of pistachios instead of
pretzels lost more
