This is possibly the most confusing workout programme I've seen... How do the moves follow on one another? Do you do all 47 in the same workout, with some repeats? In 30 minutes?

Thanks for this - it's a GREAT workout! You do need to know the basics of yoga first, but otherwise I can highly recommend it...

Is week 1 to 4 the same workout all the way or there is a mistake down there? Otherwise the workouts looks hard and rewarding at the same time.
I don't have yoga blocks - any idea what can be used as a substitute?
which time of the day is best to do yoga, morning or evening?
when can we get these moves on DVD - it's much easier to follow? PLEASE!
