Benefits: Stretches shoulders, chest, armpits, hips, ankles
Helps: Poor posture, tight shoulders

  1. Start sitting with your legs straight in front of you.
  2. Bend your right leg in and cross it over your left. Bend your left leg in, stacking your knees and placing your left foot next to your right hip.
  3. Bend your right elbow up to face the ceiling, palm on your back. Bend your left elbow so your hand points to the floor, palm facing out.
  4. Reach your hands toward each other, clasping them if possible. If not, grab hold of your shirt or use a strap to stretch your shoulders.
  5. Fold forward over your knees.
