Reclining Bound Angle
Supta Baddha Konasana
Benefits: Stretches hips, inner thighs, chest
Helps: Fertility, anxiety, fatigue, irregular periods, menstrual cramps, soundness of mind
- Lie on your back, legs and arms straight, palms facing up.
- Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the floor. Then lower your knees away from each other, bringing the soles of your feet to touch. Sweep your arms overhead on the floor. Hold for 5 to 10 breaths.
- To come out of the pose, lift your knees, sweep your arms back down alongside your body, and roll to your right side before sitting upright.
